Over 180 major employers across NYC participated to provide meaningful exposure to company worksites, industry knowledge and career opportunities schools in underserved communities, where students face barriers to creating strong relationships with employers, were prioritized.Īs part of CSR Americas’ commitment to youth engagement, students practiced speed networking, participated in a career panel by the bank’s Multicultural Partnership Black Leadership Forum and were introduced to key topics-such as AI, cybersecurity, fintech and ESG-that are shaping the future of work. 150 tenth graders and teachers were welcomed to the bank for a firsthand look at what it’s like to work for a global institution. Deutsche Bank Americas’ CEO Christiana Riley helped kick off NYC’s inaugural Career Discovery Week at 60 Wall, in collaboration with the Partnership for New York City and the New York City Department of Education.
